Wanfuteng Bank has spent approximately Vt7 million on relief supplies for families affected by Tropical Cyclone Harold.

The Bank purchased 1,000 clothing items, including ‘Aelan dresses’ from Ni-Vanuatu tailors in Port Vila, 1,000 four litres of water from Vanuatu Beverage limited, 3,000 canned food items, plates and other utensils to be delivered to 1,000 affected families.

Twenty employees from Wanfuteng Bank spent the whole day on Wednesday 22 April at a warehouse at Stade Area where all the supplies were stocked, selecting and packaging the goods prior to the handing over to the National Disaster Management Office (NDMO).
